Reinventing RF Microneedling

Unlike conventional RF microneedling systems, SYLFIRM X has both continuous wave and pulsed wave functions, and is therefore capable of treating pigmented and vascular lesions such as melasma and diffusing redness, as well as skin rejuvenation and scarring. In addition, dual wave is subdivided into 8 different modes, which can be customised to individual patients, taking into account different skin conditions in order to provide a delicate, precise and bespoke treatment.

Ergonomic Design

Suitable for skin rejuvenation, tightening, lifting and scar treatment. Continuous wave (CW) mode creates wide, independent coagulation around each electrode. The coagulation area reaches deeper dermis to upper dermis with one penetration, promising dermal remodeling and skin tightening.

Clients can see the skin contraction immediately.

Suitable for treatment of pigmented and vascular lesions such as melasma and diffuse redness, pulsed wave (PW) mode creates a soft coagulation in the basal layer & upper dermis. It coagulates B.M. and abnormal, small blood vessels, while the surrounding tissue is left intact. Selective coagulation and dermal remodeling help to recover from hyper active melanogenesis as well as hyper angiogenesis.
